I really sucked at the focus this morning. Total time of 27 seconds (Bench mark for everyone else to bet)

Focus time : 2minsLunge rotation press - first 3 rounds 10kg last 2 used a 12 KBPush up were done on a swiss ball & box jumpKB SDHP @ 24kgfound the KB SDHP the hardest do to holding the KB on the up phaze for a few seconds, Great turnout for the 9:30am
