    Lunge rotation press - first 3 rounds 10kg last 2 used a 12 KB
    Push up were done on a swiss ball & box jump
    KB SDHP @ 24kg

    found the KB SDHP the hardest do to holding the KB on the up phaze for a few seconds, Great turnout for the 9:30am

    lunge rotation press - 1st 3 rounds 8kg last 2 9kg
    push ups - 1st 4 rounds on Swiss Ball last round toes on floor
    SDHP - 1st round 16kg last 4 rounds 20kgs

    push ups on bench with toes Swiss ball were hardest or me :)
