    Tug of War : against John with shanes help lol
    Plyo SB Push Up: Body Weight
    SB Crunch : 7kg db

    1min MAX double unders - 18 haha
    30 burpee penalty

    Focus: Handstand Hold - final got it, only lasted 10secs but its a start :D

    SA Floor Push : 1 rounds 12kg DB 4 rounds 16kg KB
    Tug of War : same as Chloe, but last round turned it 3 because Chloe stop before the 40secs
    Plyo SB Push Up: Body Weight
    SB Crunch : 10kg DB

    1min MAX double unders - 19, I bet Chloe by one but it meant we had to do a 30 burpee penalty..lol

    I agree with Chloe it was alot of fun :D

  3. Double unders in 1 minute around 80 which meant chloe and johny had to do burpees haha

    You guys are awesome to train together. Great stuff today. Can't wait for next week.

    Also, everyone did great on todays programmed workout. Some great form on the deadlifts and some awesome times on the 400m runs!! :)

    Well done everyone. Small steps, get better at the workout stuff!
