Focus: Handstand Hold - final got it, only lasted 10secs but its a start :D 40:20 W:R SA Floor Push : 1 rounds 12kg DB 4 rounds 16kg KB Tug of War : same as Chloe, but last round turned it 3 because Chloe stop before the 40secs Plyo SB Push Up: Body Weight SB Crunch : 10kg DB

I agree with Chloe it was alot of fun :D
Double unders in 1 minute around 80 which meant chloe and johny had to do burpees haha

Also, everyone did great on todays programmed workout. Some great form on the deadlifts and some awesome times on the 400m runs!! :)
