  3. Awesome work Adam. The 6am class had it tough in that cold air! 9:30am and 6am have stepped up and smashed this workout.

    I had a go at 11:30am:

    14:59 with double unders and 20kg kettle bell each arm snatchs 75m outside run!

  5. I normally hate (with a passion) doing the endurance workout's cos they kill me, but I enjoyed today's (can't believe I just said that) and was very pleased with my time of 16.30. And why didn't you just write 150m interval, cos that's basically want we (the outside runners did) haha. BRing on tomorrow (no wait, I haven't looked at tomorrow's workout yet, so I take that back) :D
