ReplyDeleteBox jumps. Got a little higher than usual. Also had my first "real" stack. A little un nerving but kept chipping away.

2.5kg OH Lunge. Lost the OH somewhere in the workout.
Jackknifes and knees to elbows.
Core was great. Made me realise that my deltoids don't do nearly enough work. OUCH!.
