    12kg KB for 1 legged deadlifts
    2.5kg OH walking lunges without the OH
    Push Jacks - Love'em
    Core was a killer tonight
    Good to be back at Ho Fo after my week off.

    OH Lung with 10kg plate.

  4. 5rm thruster 45kg, tried at 50kg and got them out but push jerked the tail end of a few of them ....aarrggh. Frustrating as I've done 50 before. Next time!!

    Deads @ 20kg, lunges 15kg. Felt good :)
