  3. Did workout tonight with 12kgKB for SDHP and 8kg for Prisoner getups.
    Hard workout tonight and feeling very tired.
    Worked with Pete. It was fun.
    Tysha is an awesome trainer and can't wait to work with her again.
    On the flip side got a PB for Deads.
    Lifted 85kg twice
    Really pleased with my effort and it was awesome to get so much encrouagement from my friends at Ho Fo:-)
