2-4-8-16-16-8-4-2

Challenging Pushups
(ie: one foot/rings/swissball/challenging to you)
Strict Pull ups
Knees to Elbows

Every 3 minutes that elapses you will complete your 5rm deadlift

Core:
Swissball crunch
Hip Extension
