  2. Took 26 min. Didn't mind about time. Did 35 of pullups with out band. Just 20 kgs for front squat , felt a bit light. toes to bar all good!! Improving. :)

  3. Tuesday nights workout was great. Did it in 21.05 minutes.
    Did 23kg Strick Push Press's
    Ring Rows, (directly under rings not at an angle)
    knees to elbow (getting higher)
    16kg KB swings

  4. Struggled a bit on Wednesday nights workout,
    used 23kg for Strict Push Press for the first 65 reps and then dropped it down to 20kg.
    did full situps and 100 meter rows.
    Time 32 minutes. I worked hard but was disappointed with my time. :-(

  5. It's important donna to realise when a time just because it's higher then the normal times does not mean you perfromed badly. You had a tough ask doing strict press and it was demanding on the heart and lungs to row. I think you did great, remember that there is 120 reps for that workout!! It was very tough! You give your best and your best is your best. Embrace that!!

    Deads were at 40kg. Want to work on my technique to protect the knees.
