Loved it.
Been a long time since I have done ring dips and I struggled with them.
45kg Deadlifts, ring sprints were really hurting, left my legs very heavy. I was stuffed after 10 rounds. Stayed consistent. Thanks for you're encouragement Pete, you have been excellent! Well done to Johnny, Chloe, Pete , Tysha, you've done a tops job, the last few weeks. We've got to know you all a lot more, which is great! xx
