    did static Reptilian pushups
    SB Push chest presses with 2 x 8kg DB
    Strict pullups with purple band (terrible at those)

  3. Did strict KB high pull with 16kg KB
    SB Chest presses with 8kg dumb bells
    Rings pulls had difficulty due to knee.
    Core was good.
    Great workout as always.
