    did singles skips (awesome to be able to do them again)
    Almost, but not quite 3rd level pushups and bent over rows with 16kg KB 10 each arm each round.
    Enjoyed myself.

    Did 45 kg Deads for the first half of the workout and then dropped down to 40kg.
    Averaged approximately 14 reps per round
    Used 4kb MB for slams
    Averaged 41 slamd per round.
